We compare candidates on product fit, MOQ, sample quality, customization ability, packaging support and communication — then recommend the most suitable option for your project and explain why.
This is where most sourcing mistakes are prevented. We check business licences, visit the factories, look at production lines and talk to management. Then we negotiate on your behalf — payment terms, deposit, lead times, unit price, MOQ — so you commit only to terms you have seen.
Samples are developed and approved before production begins. Terms are fixed in a legally binding Chinese-language contract with purchase orders, then we follow up with the factory and manage vendor communication and payments. Quality is verified at three checkpoints — mid-production, pre-shipment and container loading — against your approved sample.
We coordinate freight, consolidate orders if you buy from several factories, prepare export documents and supervise loading. Freight is arranged at cost price — no markups on logistics either. Then we follow the shipment until it reaches your port, warehouse or fulfilment centre.
