Factory Verification

Knowing who you're really dealing with.

Before you send money to anyone, we verify them. We check business registration and licences, confirm whether the company is a manufacturer or a middleman, and visit the factory in person to evaluate production lines, equipment and working conditions. You get a factory audit report with photos and our honest assessment.

Sample Sourcing & Development

Touching the product before you commit.

We arrange samples from your shortlisted factories, check them against your requirements, and photograph and measure what arrives. When samples need changes, we work with the factory on modifications and revised rounds — documenting every version — until the sample is something you're confident to base an order on.

Quality Control

Catching problems while they can still be fixed.

We inspect at the stages that matter: mid-production (MPI), pre-shipment (PSI) and container loading (CLC). Quantities, workmanship, measurements, packaging and labelling are checked against your approved sample and specification. Every inspection ends with a report — photos, videos, defect lists and a clear pass / hold recommendation.

Production Follow-up

Your order, watched from inside the factory.

Once production starts, we stay in regular contact with the factory: confirming materials, tracking the timeline, and raising issues early. If something slips — a delay, a material substitution — you hear it from us first, with options, not after the fact.

Shipping & Logistics

From factory gate to your warehouse.

We coordinate with freight forwarders, combine orders from multiple factories into one shipment, prepare export documents and supervise container loading. Sea, air, rail or express — we help you choose the route that fits your timeline and budget, and follow the cargo until delivery.

Legal & Contracts

Agreements that actually hold in China.

As a Chinese-registered company, we can sign legally binding contracts with manufacturers in Chinese — with clauses covering specification, quality standards, penalties for delays and IP protection. We also manage purchase orders and the paperwork between you and the factory, so obligations are written down, not just agreed in chat.
